NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT
MONTEIRA
ALHAMBRA VALLEY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 2007-4
At 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2008, at the Meeting Room of the Board of Directors located at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, Contra Costa County, California, the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District will hold a protest hearing on the Resolution of Intention (adopted December 6, 2007) for the Monteira Alhambra Valley Assessment District (AVAD) No. 2007-4, Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, Contra Costa County, California. The purpose of the hearing is to receive and consider protests against the proposed improvement, the extent of the assessment district, or the proposed assessment.
The proposed improvement is briefly described as follows:
Private construction and installation of an approximately
360 linear foot public sewer system extension to serve
8 parcels of land on Monteira Lane and Reliez Valley
Road in unincorporated Martinez.
For further information, you may refer to the Resolution of Intention and Engineer’s Report, which are on file with the Secretary of the District at 5019 Imhoff Place,
Any interested person may file a written protest with the Secretary of the District at the address given above at or before the time set for the hearing. Each protest must contain a description of the property in which the signer is interested, sufficient to identify the property.
