NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE COMMENTS ON
PLACING THE 2008-09 CAPACITY USE CHARGES, THE 2008-09
ASSESSMENTS FOR CONTRACTUAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS,
AND DELINQUENT CHARGES ON THE
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY TAX ROLL FOR COLLECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (District) at its regular meeting at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2008, at the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing to receive comments on placing the 2008-09 Capacity Use Charges, the 2008-09 assessments for Contractual Assessment Districts, and miscellaneous delinquent charges on the Contra Costa County tax roll for collection.  The Board will then consider approving the collection of the 2008-09 Capacity Use Charges, the 2008-09 assessments for Contractual Assessment Districts, and delinquent charges on the County tax roll.
