Public Notices and Public Review Documents

Public Notices are announcements of public hearings, the passage of new ordinances, amendments to the District Code, and invitations for sealed bids and proposals. Public Review Documents are generally environmental reports that require an opportunity for public review and comment.

Public Review Documents

Public Records Requests

Central Contra Costa Sanitary District has established administrative procedures in accordance with the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code Sec. 6250 et seq.) whereby persons may inspect District records during business hours at the Headquarters Office Building and/or may obtain copies upon payment of a fee. The charge for copies is $0.15 per page.
