CCCSD is a progressive sanitary district providing wastewater collection and treatment services to approximately 462,000 people in the central Contra Costa area. Headquartered at the intersection of Interstate 680 and Highway 4, our Martinez-based facility has a treatment capacity of 54 million gallons per day.
