Sewer System

Located in Walnut Creek at the junction of Highway 24 and Interstate 680, Collection System Operations’ job is to ensure that 1,500 miles of underground sewers are able to collect and transport 45 million gallons of wastewater to the treatment plant safely and efficiently every day.

Neighborhoods

A-Line Relief Interceptor, Phase 2A  This  project includes tunneling 96-inch and 72-inch diameter sewer pipes and installation of two 48-inch diameter sewer pipes.

Camino Pablo & Flush Kleen This project will reconstruct approximately 3,000 linear feet of sewer lines within the public right-of-way and easements.
