The Solution to Pollution Hazardous waste generated by residents and businesses is reaching our waterways through sewers, storm drains, and landfills, and it's polluting the local water environment. The Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility helps prevent this pollution through reuse, recycling, and proper disposal of hazardous waste.

Eligible Communities The facility is available to residents and businesses of the following central Contra Costa County communities: Alamo, Blackhawk, Clayton, Concord, Clyde, Danville, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga, Orinda, Pacheco, Pleasant Hill, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, and other Central County unincorporated areas within the service area.
