NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT DISTRICT PROJECT 7326A

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San), Martinez, California, invites and will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and services specified for the construction of Central San Project 7326A, Solids Conditioning Building (SCB) Chiller Replacement, in conformance with the Contract. The work generally consists of replacing a 50-ton water-cooled chiller in the District’s Solids Conditioning Building and making minor modifications to existing piping and electrical.  The estimated cost of construction is $250,000.

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, July 18, 2018, in the District’s Board Meeting Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.

The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 2 p.m., local time per Time.gov, July 24, 2018, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.  NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
