NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT DISTRICT PROJECTS 7362 & 8243
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San), Martinez, California, invites and will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and services specified for the construction of District Projects 7362 & 8243, Plant Operations Building Seismic Upgrades & Server Room Relocation, in conformance with the Contract. The work generally consists of seismic upgrades and tenant improvements for the Plant Operations Building and new Server Room construction. The estimated cost of construction is $4,800,000. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional construction activities after Award of the Construction Contract.
A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, August 15, 2018
The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 2 p.m., local time per Time.gov, September 5, 2018, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Project Documents, the prospective bidder’s list, addenda, prevailing wage rates, and geotechnical reports (if any) are available for viewing without charge through the District website at http://www.centralsan.org, through PlanetBids at http://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=14663#, or by calling Lela Joya at (925) 229-7100.
