NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT PROJECT 8456

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San), Martinez, California, invites and will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and services specified for the construction of District Project 8456, Danville Sewer Renovations, Phase 3, in conformance with the Contract. The work generally consists of installation of approximately 6,000 feet of sewer mains and 47 side sewers, construction methods include open cut, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), pipe bursting, and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP).  The estimated cost of construction is $3,600,000. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional sites to the project after Award of the Construction Contract.

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, January 30, 2020, in the District’s Board Meeting Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.

The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 2 p.m., local time per Time.gov, February 19, 2020, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
