Notice to Contractors Inviting Sealed Bids
Contractor Staging Improvements, District Project 7375


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Central San Board of Directors invites and will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and services specified for the construction of District Project 7375, Contractor Staging Improvements, in conformance with the Contract. The work generally consists of a new entrance and exit to the Treatment Plant, grading, paving, utilities, and security improvements. The estimated cost of construction is $4,000,000. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional work to the Contract after Award of the Project.

Due to COVID-19, the prebid informational session will be posted online to PlanetBids on  February 24, 2021, and all questions can be received via email or by phone to the Project Manager. Site visits shall require an appointment.

The District will receive bids until 2 PM, local time per, March 11, 2021, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. Due to the COVID-19, bids can be hand delivered and dropped off between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM outside the District’s Board Meeting Room. Social distancing and masks are required, and a drop box will be available. Accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and before the General Manager, or his representatives at 3:00 PM via a livestream link on the District’s webpage at The bid opening video and results including subcontractors list will be posted under the website’s Construction page. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
