NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive sealed bids for the Walnut Creek Sewer Renovations, Phase 15, in conformance with the Contract. The work generally consists of renovation of approximately 9,300 LF of existing sewer pipe lines by open-cut, pipe-bursting and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining methods.  The estimated cost of construction is $4,000,000. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional sites to the project after Award of the Construction Contract.

Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, a prebid presentation about the Project will be posted online to PlanetBids at 10 a.m., local time, May 13, 2021.

Central San will receive bids until 12 p.m., local time per Time.gov, May 25, 2021, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, bids can be hand delivered and dropped off between 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. outside of the District’s Board Meeting Room. Social distancing and face coverings are required, and a drop box will be available. Accepted bids will be opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and before the General Manager, or his representatives at 1:00 p.m. via a livestream link on the District’s webpage at www.centralsan.org. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
