NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive bids for the construction of District Project 100008, Laboratory Roof and Seismic Upgrades. The work generally consists of roof replacement and seismic upgrades for an environmental laboratory.  The estimated cost of construction is $900,000.

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 11 a.m., local time, June 15, 2022, in the District’s Multi-Purpose Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. Face covering may be required.

The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 3 p.m., local time per Time.gov,
June 27, 2022, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the Multi-Purpose Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and District representatives.  NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
