NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Central San invites and will receive sealed bids for the Martinez Sewer Renovations, Phase 7, District Project 8464 in conformance with the Contract. The work generally consists of renovation of approximately 6,400 LF of existing sewer pipelines by open-cut and slip lining methods. The estimated cost of construction is $3,900,000. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional sites to the project after Award of the Construction Contract.

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, September 14, 2022, in the District’s Multi-Purpose Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. Face covering may be required.

Central San will receive bids at its receptionist area until 11 a.m., local time per Time.gov, September 27, 2022, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the District’s Board Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and before the General Manager, or his representatives.  NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
