NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive sealed bids for the construction of District Project 5991, Pleasant Hill Sewer Renovations, Phase 2. The work generally consists of renovation of approximately 8,700 feet of existing sewer pipe lines by open-cut, horizontal directional drill, pilot tube guided boring, and CIPP lining methods.  The estimated cost of construction is $4,700,000.

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 11 a.m., local time, April 19, 2023, in the Central San’s Board Meeting Room at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.

Central San will receive bids at its receptionist area until 11 a.m., local time per Time.gov, April 27, 2023, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in Central San’s Board Meeting Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and Central San representatives.  NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
