Notice to Contractors Inviting Sealed Bids
Pump and Blower Building Roof Replacement, District Project 7370
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive sealed bids for the construction of District Project 7370, Pump and Blower Building Roof Replacement. The work generally consists of removing and replacing existing roofs. The estimated cost of construction is $1,200,000.
A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, February 15, 2023 in the District’s Board Meeting Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. Face covering may be required.
The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 2 p.m., local time per Time.gov, March 1, 2023, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the District’s Board Meeting Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and District representatives. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
