NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive sealed bids for the construction of District Project 100049, Downtown Walnut Creek Sewer Renovations – Locust. The work generally consists of renovation of up to 4,400 feet of existing sewer pipe lines by open-cut methods.  The estimated cost of construction is $4,500,000.

A pre-bid meeting with site inspection will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the District’s Board Room at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.

Central San will receive bids at its receptionist area until 11 a.m., local time per Time.gov, August 8, 2023, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the District’s Board Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and Central San representatives.  NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
