NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive sealed bids for the construction of District Project 100025, Lafayette Sewer Renovations, Phase 15. The work generally consists of renovation of approximately 9,400 of existing sewer pipe lines by open-cut, pipe-bursting, and cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining methods. The estimated cost of construction is $6,500,000.

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, October 30, 2024, in the District’s Board Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.

The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 2 p.m., local time per Time.gov, November 6, 2024, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the District’s Board Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District and Central San representatives. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
