NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive bids for the construction of District Project 100014, MRC Building Modifications. The work generally consists of renovating the MRC Building through remodeling, building extension, and upgrading security and fire protection systems. The estimated cost of construction is $4,000,000

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, March 26, 2025, in the District’s Multi-Purpose Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. 

Central San will receive bids at its receptionist area until 2 p.m. local time per Time.gov, April 9, 2025, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the  District’s Board Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, or Central San representatives. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
