NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San), Martinez, California, invites and will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and services specified for the construction of District Project 8466, Danville Sewer Renovations, Phase 4, in conformance with the Contract.

The work generally consists of the renovation of approximately 9,200 linear feet (LF) of existing sewer mains by open-cut, pipe bursting, and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining methods. The estimated cost of construction is $4,100,000. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional sites to the project after Award of the Construction Contract.

A prebid presentation recording about the Project will be posted online to PlanetBids by April 1, 2022.

The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 11 a.m., local time per Time.gov, April 19, 2022, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the District’s Multipurpose Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and before the General Manager, or his representatives. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
