NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive sealed bids for District Project 100023, Walnut Creek Sewer Renovations, Phase 16, in conformance with the Contract. The work generally consists of renovation of approximately 11,000 feet of existing sewer pipe lines by open-cut, pipe-bursting, horizontal directional drilling and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining methods. The estimated cost of construction is $4,900,000. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional sites to the project after Award of the Construction Contract.

A prebid presentation about the Project will be posted online to PlanetBids by May 4, 2022.

Central San will receive bids at its receptionist area until 11 a.m., local time per Time.gov, May 17, 2022, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in Central San’s Multipurpose Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and before the General Manager, or his representatives. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
