At 1:30 p.m. on July 1, 2021, at the Meeting Room of the Board of Directors located at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, Contra Costa County, California, the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District will hold a protest hearing on the Resolution of Intention (adopted April 15, 2021) for the Cordell Drive West Contractual Assessment District (CAD) No. 2021-1, Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, Contra Costa County, California.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive and consider protests against the proposed improvement, the extent of the assessment district, or the proposed assessment.

The proposed improvement is briefly described as follows:

Design and construction of approximately 516 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipeline, together with appurtenant work and facilities located along Cordell Drive in Danville, California.
