At 2:30 p.m. on June 20, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at the District Office located at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing on the Resolution of Intention (adopted September 21, 2023) for the Charles Hill Road Contractual Assessment District (CAD) No. 2023-1, Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, Contra Costa County, California.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive and consider protests against the proposed improvement, the extent of the assessment district, or the proposed assessment. Options to participate virtually or in-person will be listed on the meeting agenda

The proposed improvement is briefly described as follows:

Design and construction of approximately 340 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipeline, together with appurtenant work and facilities located along Charles Hill Road and Charles Hill Place in Orinda, California.

Any interested person may file a written protest with the Secretary of the District at the address given above at or before the time set for the hearing.  Each protest must contain a description of the property in which the signer is interested, sufficient to identify the property and must be signed by the property owner.
