The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at a regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2019, at the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing and to vote on a proposed 4-year rate increase.
