NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2024, in the Board Room at the District Offices, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed reimbursement fee for connection to a public sewer installed by a private entity.  The proposed Reimbursement Fee is $10,927.07 for direct connections to the Job 6456 sewer installed in Paseo Nogales Road in Alamo.

The proposed reimbursement fee, if adopted, will be collected from property owners when their properties directly connect to the above-listed public sewer. The collected fees will be held in separate accounts and disbursed to the installer of the project.  A copy of the draft ordinance to establish the proposed reimbursement fees is on file with the Secretary of the District and is available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.
