NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS CURRENTLY UNNEEDED AND EXECUTE LEASE AGREEMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (District) at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at the Meeting Room of the District Offices, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez California, will conduct a public hearing to consider (1) declaring the following District-owned property as currently unneeded for District purposes and (2) authorizing staff to execute and administer lease agreements for the property for a period not to exceed ten years:

  • APN 159-150-057 (4737 Imhoff Place, Martinez) commonly referred to as the Bays
