Notice of Public Hearing
To consider declaring certain Central Contra Costa Sanitary District Property as Currently Unneeded and Authorizing Execution of a Lease Agreement



The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (District) at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at the Meeting Room of the District Offices, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will conduct a public hearing to consider (1) declaring the following District-owned property as currently unneeded for  District purposes and (2) authorizing staff to execute and administer a lease agreement for the property for a period not to exceed ten years:

A portion of APN 177-270-030 located at 1250 Springbrook Road, Walnut Creek, CA 94596, commonly referred to as the Collection System Operations – upper yard.
