NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (District) at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at the Meeting Room of the District Offices, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will conduct a public hearing to consider the following matters:

Adopting an uncodified ordinance establishing increases in the Recycled Water Charge for recycled water customers for each of the next two fiscal years.

Proposition 218 Notices were mailed to all property owners regarding the upcoming public hearing. The proposed ordinances are on file with the Secretary of the District and are available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.
