To Amend the Schedule of Capacity Fees, and Amend the Schedule of Environmental and Development-Related Fees

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (District) at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at the Meeting Room of the District Offices, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will conduct a public hearing to consider the following matters:

1. Adopting an uncodified ordinance amending the Schedule of Capacity Fees effective July 1, 2023; and
2. Consider adopting an uncodified ordinance amending the Schedule of Environmental and Development-Related Fees and Charges effective July 1, 2023.

Options to participate virtually or in-person will be listed on the meeting agenda.
As required by Government Code Section 66016, data regarding the related fees is available; questions may be directed to Thomas Brightbill at tbrightbill@centralsan.org.

The proposed fee ordinances are on file with the Secretary of the District and are available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. The draft budget document is also available on the District’s website at centralsan.org.
