NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 15, 2021, at the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing on the following matter:

●   Ordinance No. 304 adopted April 18, 2019 established Sewer Service Charge rate increases for residential and non-residential customers effective July 1, 2019; July 1, 2020; July 1, 2021; and July 1, 2022.  Prior to imposing each year’s rate increase, the Board is required to consider at a noticed public hearing the District’s financial condition to determine whether the previously established Sewer Service Charge rate increase for the coming fiscal year is still necessary. 

Ordinance No. 304 is on file with the Secretary of the District and is available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.
