NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023, in the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing to consider the following matters:

1. Adopting an uncodified ordinance establishing increases in the annual Sewer Service Charge for residential and non-residential customers for each of the next two fiscal years; and
    
2. Adopting an uncodified ordinance establishing increases in the Recycled Water Charge for recycled water customers for each of the next two fiscal years. 

Proposition 218 Notices were mailed to all property owners regarding the upcoming public hearing. The proposed ordinances are on file with the Secretary of the District and are available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.
