NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (District) at its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2018, in the Board Room of the District Offices, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing to approve the final assessments for South Jackson Way Contractual Assessment District (CAD) No.  2016-1 in Alamo, consider placing the Fiscal Year 2018-19 assessments on the Contra Costa County tax roll for collection, and adopt an uncodified ordinance establishing reimbursement fees for the properties that could directly connect to Job 6602.
