NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER DECLARING CERTAIN CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT PROPERTIES AS CURRENTLY UNNEEDED AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (District) at its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at the Meeting Room of the District Offices, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will conduct a public hearing to consider (1) declaring the following District-owned properties as currently unneeded for  District purposes, and (2) authorizing staff to execute and administer a lease agreements for the properties for a period not to exceed ten years:

  • APN 159-140-052 (5501 Imhoff Place, Martinez); and
  • APN 159-140-042 (4451 Blum Rd, Martinez, commonly referred to as the “Lagiss” property); and
  • A portion of APN 159-150-057 (5000 Imhoff Place, Martinez, commonly referred to as the “Triangle” property)
