NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at the District Offices, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing in accordance with District Code 6.20.050 to receive comments on a proposed reimbursement fee for properties which could connect to Job 6712, a sewer installed in La Sonoma Way in Alamo.

The design and construction of Job 6712 was paid for by a private individual and contributed to the District for public use. Under Section 6.20 of District Code, this sewer is designated a Standard Facility and the installer is eligible to establish a reimbursement account. The proposed reimbursement fee would be collected from property owners when they connect to this sewer. These reimbursement fees would then be distributed to the installer.
