NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San) at its 2:30 p.m. meeting on Thursday, May 4, 2023, in the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will conduct a public hearing rescheduled from April 6, 2023 to consider the following matters related to fees for unpermitted Accessory Dwelling Units:

1.  Adopting an ordinance amending Section 6.12.030, General provisions of the Capacity Fee Program of the District Code; and

2.  Amending Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 324, Schedule of Capacity Fees, Rates, and Charges, effective May 19, 2023.

The proposed changes to the District Code and Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 324 are on file with the Secretary of the District and are available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, or by emailing the Secretary of the District at sod@centralsan.org.
