NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE COMMENTS ON THE PROPOSED REIMBURSEMENT FEE FOR THE PROPERTIES WHICH COULD CONNECT TO JOB 6579, THE DENYCE COURT AND VIA SERENA SEWER IN ALAMO

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2019, in the Board Room at the District Offices, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing in accordance with California Government Code Section 4217.12 to receive comments on a proposed reimbursement fee for properties which could connect to Job 6579, a sewer installed in Denyce Court and Via Serena in Alamo.

The design and construction of Job 6579 was paid for by a private individual and contributed to the District for public use.  Under Section 6.20 of District Code, this sewer is designated a Standard Facility and the installer is eligible to establish a reimbursement account.  The proposed reimbursement fee would be collected from property owners when they connect to this sewer.  These reimbursement fees would then be distributed to the installer.
