To Amend Fee Ordinances and Adopt FY 2021-22 Budget
TO AMEND THE SCHEDULES OF CAPACITY FEES AND ENVIRONMENTAL AND DEVELOPMENT-RELATED FEES AND CHARGES, AND ADOPT THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 DISTRICT BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold public hearings to consider the following matters:
- Adopting an uncodified ordinance amending the Schedule of Capacity Fees effective July 1, 2021;
- Adopting an uncodified ordinance amending the Schedule of Environmental and Development-Related Fees and Charges effective July 1, 2021; and
- Adopting the Fiscal Year 2021-22 District Budget, including Operations and Maintenance, Capital Improvements, Debt Service and Self-Insurance Fund.
The proposed fee ordinances and draft budget are on file with the Secretary of the District and are available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. The draft budget document is also available on the District’s website at centralsan.org.
