Notice of Public Hearings on March 18, 2021
To Amend Portions of the District Code and Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 309, Schedule of Capacity Fees
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold two public hearings to consider the following matters:
1. Adopting an ordinance amending various sections of the District Code to conform with external requirements, internal practices, and otherwise enable more efficient management of District operations, effective April 6, 2021; and
2. Amending Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 309, the Schedule of Capacity Fees, Rates, and Charges, effective April 6, 2021.
The proposed changes to the District Code and Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 309 are on file with the Secretary of the District and are available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, or by emailing the Secretary of the District at firstname.lastname@example.org.
