NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TO ESTABLISH CENTRAL SAN SEWER SERVICE CHARGES AND RECYCLED WATER CHARGES FOR FISCAL YEARS 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 AND 2022-23

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2019, at the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold public hearings to consider the following matters:

1)       Adopting an uncodified ordinance establishing increases in the annual Sewer Service Charge for residential and non-residential customers for each of the next four fiscal years; and

2)       Adopting an uncodified ordinance establishing increases in the Recycled Water Charge for recycled water customers for each of the next four fiscal years. 

Proposition 218 Notices were mailed to all property owners regarding the upcoming public hearings.  The proposed ordinances are on file with the Secretary of the District and are available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.
