Ordinance No. 314 (Uncodified) establishes Reimbursement Fees of $27,091 for the 25^th participant connector, $26,049 for the 26^th connector, $25,084 for the 27^th connector, $24,188 for the 28^th connector, $23,354 for the 29^th connector, $22,576 for the 30^th connector, $21,848 for the 31^st connector, $21,165 for the 32nd connector, $20,523 for the 33^rd connector and $19,920 for the 34^th connector to Job 6534 (Harper Lane Area CAD 2018-1) in Danville, in accordance with District Code Chapter 6.20 “Reimbursement Fees” and the District’s Contractual Assessment District Program.   The reimbursement fees set forth by this ordinance shall be administered, adjusted, and collected according to the provisions of said Chapter and Program.
