Summary of Ordinance No. 324
Adopting an updated Schedule of Capacity Fees, Rates and Charges, eff. July 1

Pursuant to Central Contra Costa Sanitary District Code Chapter 6.12, (uncodified) Ordinance No. 324 adopts an updated “Schedule of Capacity Fees, Rates and Charges” including an increase of the Gravity Capacity Fees from $6,803 to $7,200 per Residential Unit Equivalent, and the Pumping Capacity Fee from $1,585 to $2,011 per Residential Unit Equivalent. These changes result in a Gravity Zone Fee (Zone 1) of $7,200 per Residential Unit Equivalent, and a Pumped Zone Fee (Zone 2) of $9,211 per Residential Unit Equivalent.

The new fees will become effective July 1, 2022.
