Regarding the FY 2021-22 Budget, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold public hearing to consider adopting the Fiscal Year 2021-22 District Budget, including Operations and Maintenance, Capital Improvements, Debt Service and Self-Insurance Fund. A copy of the final draft budget can be located with the Board Meeting agenda materials for June 3.

Regarding Amendments to Fee Ordinances, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

A public hearing for the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District to receive public comment and consider the matters listed below scheduled for Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. has been cancelled and rescheduled.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The Board of Directors will conduct the public hearing at its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California to consider adopting the following matters:

  1. An uncodified ordinance amending the Schedule of Capacity Fees; and
  2. An uncodified ordinance amending the Schedule of Environmental and Development-Related Fees and Charges.

The proposed fee ordinances and draft budget are on file with the Secretary of the District and are available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.  The draft budget document is also available on the District’s website at centralsan.org.
