Biographical Highlights
President Williams is a registered Professional Engineer (retired). He was the Director of Wastewater for the East Bay Municipal Utility District in Oakland and subsequently served as the Executive Director of the Bay Area Clean Water Agencies. He has over 36 years of experience in wastewater engineering.
President Williams holds a Master of Science Degree in Civil/Sanitary Engineering and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University; and a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley.
President Williams served as a Board Member of the San Francisco Estuary Institute/Aquatic Science Center and a Past President of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies, as well as a Past President of the California Association of Sanitation Agencies.
He has lived in the Bay Area since 1974 and in Walnut Creek since 1987.
