• Encroachment Verification Plan Review ​

  Used for projects that do not require a sewer work permit, have no assessment of fees and have no conflict with a sanitary sewer line or easement. Common types of projects: decks, retaining walls, patio covers, pools, spas, small additions, minor interior remodels, generators and solar panels. 

• Residential Application for Wastewater Utility Service and Plan Review

Used for projects involving a new residence on a vacant lot, new duplexes, condo units, townhouses, apartments, and new ADUs, including legalizing an existing ADU.  

• Non-Residential Application for Sanitary Sewer Service and Plan Review

Used for tenant improvements, construction of new commercial and mixed use buildings, additions to a commercial building, project occurring on a non-residential property.  

• Application for Side Sewer Repairs / Alterations / Extensions Permit

Used when the existing exterior sewer line will be altered, capped or repaired, or a new sewer line will be installed.
