Agendas, Minutes and Videos
The Board of Directors holds regular meetings twice monthly, every first and third Thursday at 1:30 p.m., in the Meeting Room at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez (view map), unless otherwise noted on the meeting agenda. Special and continued meetings are held as needed. Central San videotapes its regular Board meetings. The recordings are indexed by agenda item and available on this website shortly after each meeting held in the Meeting Room. They are retained permanently and serve to supplement brief action minutes.
Agendas packets are posted here 72 hours in advance of regular meetings and at least 24 hours in advance of special meetings.
